Exhibitors in Paris Auto Show 2008

Paris Auto Show 2008 will be hosting exhibitors like Manufacturers of private cars (all types), Manufacturers of utility and company vehicles, Bodybuilders and fitters of utility vehicles, Manufacturers of mini cars, Designers, Equipment manufacturers and car parts dealers, Manufacturers, Suppliers of raw and processed materials, Producers of energy (oil firms, producers of electric and alternative energy etc.), Insurance companies, Financial establishments, Specialists in short- and long-term rental, Service providers, (motorway services, infrastructure etc.), Government organisations and institutions, Training organizations, Media, Tuners & manufacturers of accessories, Specialists of sound and multimedia (on-board or roaming), Manufacturers of quads, buggies and go-karts, Automotive and karting circuits, Driving schools, and Shop for the sale of automotive accessories.

Registration
People who are registering after 30 June 2008 must pay the full price of stand. Rates are �150 excl. taxes per sq. m. for the Private Cars category and �140 excl. taxes for all other categories. Accessory stores, selling goods to the general public on a cash and carry basis, have to register in the V category.

How to Register
If the person is in the automotive business, he has to fill in and send us documents No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 of the admission pack. You can download the document from the web site.

Exhibitors
All exhibitors must exhibit for the entire duration of the car show, i.e. 3 to 19 October.

Refund of Payment
Your payment could be refunded if you cancel the participation. However, it depends on your situation. Terms of cancellation are mentioned in article 6 of the General Regulations of the Show.

Furnished Stands
Two kinds of furnished stand are available in Paris Car Show. Rates are applied above the price of the stand. The furnished stands are Premium Stand and Mill�sime stand.

Advertising in Show
Exhibitors can reserve advertising space in the official show catalogue, in the free visitor guide, and on the web site.

Distributing Samples
You are allowed to distribute samples on your stand. You are prohibited from handing out samples everywhere else.

Selling items on Stand
One can take orders on the stand. However goods cannot be delivered at the show, unless one is in the store section in hall 7/1.

Insurance of Stand
Your stand is automatically insured when you register, for an insured capital of �750 excl. taxes per sq. m. The automatic insurance policy includes all exhibits, stand layout, furniture and office equipment. If your stand value exceeds this amount, you can take additional insurance on the ad hoc order form in the Guide provided to the exhibitors.

Getting the Stand Ready
You have to get the stand ready by 9.00 am on Thursday 2 October, the first press day.
