Press in Paris Auto Show 2008

At the Paris Auto Show 2008, more than 11,000 journalists are expected. The journalists play a major role in taking the new cars to the general public.

Press Conferences
Press conferences of the exhibitors in Paris Motor Show will be on October, 2 and 3 in their stand. Additional press conferences will be held on October 2, starting at 7.45 a.m. in hall 4 and at 9.00 a.m in hall 1 on October 3. The press conferences will be broadcast live in partnership with AMP.

Press Accreditation
Press persons are required to register in the Accreditation section till August 27 in order to get their Press Pass. The pass will be valid throughout the entire show and would entitle you to a slew of discounts and preferences.

However, the press people who have been unable to get themselves registered till August 27 can have an accreditation on October 1 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Mondial de l'Automobile press office. They would get a press pass one day before the show is opened to the press.

Access to Information
Journalists would be provided information about exhibitors present, animations, the special exhibition, and so on by the organizers much before the show.
